Cocoa #7 Garnet Reserve is specialty cocoa powder from Genie’s Dream.  It’s a dutched cocoa powder (processed with alkali) which exhibits a unique reddish brown tone and a mild well rounded cocoa flavor.  It’s a fabulous blend for baking or even creating your own  cocoa based beverage powders.  Genie herself says "Garnet Reserve is ideal for red velvet cookies, brownies and cakes!" Check out the red velvet cookies in the pic!
