Unfortunately our Clearly Not Vanilla has been discoloring earlier and earlier, which we have determined is due to how vanillin is produced and sourced. All clear vanillas will eventually change colors and is still totally safe to use, it isn't up to our standards. Our manuacturer is unable to reliably get a vanillin that will not change color early, and as such we are discontinuing the vanilla until we can find another source that we can trust will last.

Your bottle may arrive with a slight brown to rose hue, and will continue to darken. It still will taste the same however and is safe for consumption, but if you are trying to make a crisp white icing it may slightly change the outcome.

We hope we are able to find a new source to bring back our Clearly Not Vanilla, but this might be your last chance to grab some!
