Cocoa #3 Ultra Dark Blend Roll out Cookies
If you sampled the dark chocolate cookies at CookieCon 2019 Reno then you know just how delicious this recipe is!!! Recipe is by Becky Kasten of Coronado Sweet Cookie Studio.
2 cups butter
1 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1 cup white granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 tbl sour cream
2 tbl Clearly Not Vanilla Vanilla
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup Cocoa #3 Ultra Dark Blend
6 cups flour
Blend butter, sugar, sour cream, eggs, vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Mix for 2-3 minutes on low. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Do not over bake.
